The Service integrates with the Podcast Index API to provide podcast search and discovery functionality. When you search for podcasts, your search query is transmitted to the Podcast Index service. We also use Google OAuth as an optional sign-in method. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of these services for information about how they handle your data.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for operational purposes.
